Suggested Use:

Gently apply Romand Glasting Water Tint from the inner part of your lips outward using the doe-foot applicator. Press your lips together 2–3 times to help spread the color evenly, then wait a few seconds for the glossy top layer to develop. Avoid rubbing your lips excessively while the gloss forms to maintain the shiny, water-like finish.
